ABOUT US

Harlem was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy shortly after a traumatic birth. As Harlem was growing up, we saw that there was a need for an organization to help families with children with special needs.

We noticed that some of the care needed for Harlem’s best quality of life was not covered by insurance, or if it was, we would have to bear most of the financial burden.

Out of these situations, Harlem and Friends Foundation was created. Our mission is to help families and individuals with special needs achieve their best quality of life. Whether equipment, services, or monetary, we believe our special ones deserve to live their best life.

Harlem’s Father and I realize that the times we spend with our special ones are precious and only here for the moment, so let’s make those moments the best they can be.
